If you are a new patient please ensure you book the “Therapy Intake Session.” This session is longer in length (70 minutes), and we will review your mental health history and establish your therapy goals.
In these sessions we will cultivate a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together we will build a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Together we can balance deep personal exploration with humour while we give you the tools you need to cope.
